This cat training device is very similar to the Ssscat Spray except it uses compressed air. It too can detect motion up to 3 feet away and will sound a startling warning beep and a spray of compressed air that cats will want to avoid. The compressed-air canister will last for 200 sprays. This cat training device can be used to train dogs, too. The correction comes in the form of a startling ultrasonic tone that cats and dogs do not like at all, yet humans can't hear it. For many pets sonic tone correction will work just as effectively as a correction from an electric shock collar.

The PetSafe Ultrasonic Pet Trainer is a lot like a remote shock collar, except no collar is needed and instead of a static shock correction it uses sonic tone.
