All of the items we sell are covered by the America's Pet Store 45-Day Return Policy. Manufacturer warranties will vary by brand, but all America’s Pet Store manufacturers provide a minimum of a one year product warranty.

• The date of your purchase
• The brand and model of the item(s)
• Your original order number, if available
