For your buying protection, if you have recently purchased an eligible product from America’s Pet Store and find the identical product advertised for a lower price from another retailer’s website, we will protect your purchase with our 110% Price Protection Plan. You must submit a request within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for the refund.

Once we have verified the price from the other retailer’s website, we will refund you 110% of the difference in price on your charge card. Our Price Protection Plan takes into account the total cost of the purchase, including any shipping/handling charges. The item must be identical, including model number and configuration.

110% Pricing Example:

Our Price was $100 including shipping.

Competitor's Price is $90 + $7 shipping = $97 total
(110% of the difference is $3.30 which will be refunded to you.)
