We received the PetSafe Cat Windoor yesterday and just wanted to let you know that we are exceptionally happy with the product. Got the ramp yesterday and have to tell you this is FANTASTIC! First of all, Piccina (dog with spinal cord injury) has not been able to come up and sit with us for weeks and the minute I put the ramp up against the sofa, she quickly came right up it and into our laps! Hurray!!

Our Pacific Quick Panel arrived today a day earlier than initially requested! Based on your earlier email explaining the backlog, we did not expect to see the door for another week or so. A great early Christmas present for us and our dogs...they are already using it! It's great not having to plan our day around the dog's schedule and getting up all the time to let them out! The door was in perfect condition and was easily installed.

I received the cage today via DHL...almost killed the poor thin delivery man. The cage is great. Thank you for providing a product that is as good as it was cracked up to be. My son put it together with no problems. All the parts were there and in good shape. Needless to say, we were impressed as it was less than 4 days since I anguished over ordering it online.

P.S. My parrot is not so sure he is happy. 18 years in an old small cage. I am his 4th owner, third in one year, so he has a Cadillac now! I am a home health nurse and brought him home from a nasty situation.

I ordered and received from your web site a Plexidor® Extra-Large Security Door. I had a professional contractor install it, and it is FANTASTIC. When my 4-year-old German Shepherd Dog was a puppy, I bought another brand of door, and what a mistake. It began to seriously deteriorate after about a year of use from my dog and cat, with the rubber flap ripping, falling out, and letting in the cold air during the winters. This new Plexidor door is just terrific. The rear of my house is no longer cold due to drafts and its easier for my pets to use. Also, it looks much, much nicer. This door is worth every penny. Please feel free to post this comment for others to see.

My Goodness! I was on the Internet to look for a dog ramp and compare prices etc. I have been a dog trainer for sixteen years and a Veterinary Technician for roughly the same time.

I receive a zillion pet supply magazines as I live in the country and do order a great deal of my dog’s supplies from catalogs. Therefore; I was familiar with the "two ramps sold in almost every magazine"-the Telescoping Pet Ramp and the Pet Step II.

I had no difficulty finding them of course, but the descriptions were scant at best. So little is mentioned other the approximate size and something about how easy it is to use-then a price is given, I was thinking twice about purchasing a ramp at this time. Before closing out my "search" for a ramp I noticed the words "dog ramps" in bold letters, so I clicked it.

I wanted you to know that I have never seen a web site put together with such clear, concise, and useful information on its products. I was able to see extremely professional and clear pictures along with a fantastic description, specifications, additional items available, and the most outstanding thing...how each item aided a dog.

I bought my Ideal Pet Door after my son brought me one of his terrier puppies. It was easy to install and has performed wonderfully for almost six years. If Princess ever wears out her dog door, I will purchase another one just like it and I always tell others how well made My Ideal Pet Door has held up.

A little over two years ago I purchased a Dogtra 1200 for my Police K9 from your web site. My K-9 (Emer) had some "issues" that needed to be worked on. With the help of the E-collar and a lot of creativity he is doing very well.

This year we took the "Top Dog" title at our regional competitions and were part of the the National Championship team at the USPCA National Field Trials in Indiana.

I use the collar every day and it is part of my K9s "uniform." One of our other handlers has seen what I have been able to do and has just purchased a Dogtra 1200 for her K9.

There was also an article in "Police K9 Magazine" this month on the use of E-Collars and the picture was of a Dogtra Collar! Very good advertising! Thank you for a great product and fantastic customer support!

I just wanted to let you know that I have never been so happy with service from a company before. The ordering was very easy and the arrival of the package was right on time. Most companies when you ask them for second day air it arrives two to three days late. You were right on time with your e-collar and I would do business with you again. I also must add your prices are $75 and more lower than most competitors. Keep it up. America's Pet Store is one great company!

Wow, thanks for the excellent service. I received the product I ordered one day after ordering. Our old pet door (the same one which is why I wanted the new one for an exact replacement) broke and we are expecting some winter weather in the next few days. I didn't anticipate receiving the new door from you until the weather had already hit and we'd have to block the door. Well the door arrived this morning via UPS and I installed it just a bit ago.

I just wanted to thank you for your help. The combination of the new collar (UltraMax) and the New Revision 2 board what you helped me setup to have a 2 second run through shock value has worked wonders with my dog Rookie. She no longer even attempts to run through. Even when her boy friend (big yellow lab) walks by.

I received my dog ramp yesterday and we LOVE IT !!!! Its for my Cairn Terriers to get on and off the bed They are worn out from running up and down on the ramp. I just wanted to write and let you know how pleased I was to receive the Quick Panel II pet door I ordered on August 10 so quickly. It was at my door 2 days later! We had our patio doors replaced on Tuesday and found that our old Quick Panel II door no longer fit. I was anticipating weeks of having to open and close the patio door for our 2 dogs until the door arrived, so thank you!!!
