The PF2-19 2-Meal Pet Feeder by PetSafe is made from BPA-free polypropylene which is nearly indestructible. These automatic pet feeders have two separate compartments for food that can be timed to open and feed your pet at two different times within a 48 hour period.

Although PetSafe indicates that their PF2-19 2-Meal Pet Feeder is suitable for both dry food and wet food, there is no ice-pack included for refrigeration of wet food. Wet food for dogs and cats does need refrigeration, so we would not generally recommend this product for wet food (especially not during hot weather).

Petmate Le Bistro Automatic Pet Feeder Systems
Petmate Le Bistro Automatic Pet Feeder Systems are by far the most popular line of automatic pet feeder and watering systems at America's Pet Store. They offer a variety of styles, from gravity fed units to battery operated automatic pet feeders. Many of the products in the Petmate Le Bistro automatic pet feeder lineup include Microban. Microban inhibits the growth of bacteria which can get out of control when you are not home to rinse out and refill your pets water bowl.
