Please measure your pet before ordering. Pet weight is provided only as a guideline and is not the best criteria to use when measuring your pet for a pet door. The most common reason for pet door returns is due to incorrect sizing. The width of the pet flap must be greater than the width of your pet across the shoulders. Please call customer service if you have any additional questions on how to properly measure your pet.
