The SportDOG Deluxe Bark Control Collar can sense the difference between your dog's bark and another nearby dog's bark, and will not emit a correction unless it is your dog barking.
The patented Perfect Bark Technology requires both the sound of your dog's bark and a tangible vibration from the bark to occur at the same time before it corrects your dog.
Some other brands of bark collars detect barking with a microphone and activate on sound alone. Those types of bark collars can be set off by other noises or by another dog's bark.
